About this resource
Eleven visual routine schedules for the off-classroom stops a student visits with an adult: the
grocery store, a fire drill, a speech therapy session, a counselor check-in, a resource room
pull-out, a doctor visit, a dentist visit, a haircut, a restaurant, a water fountain/drink break,
and a field trip day. Each file is the same shared shape — a sequence strip, a full set of color
picture cards, a black-and-white ink-saver set, a data log, a weekly roll-up, and a family page —
so a student who already knows one routine card recognizes the next.
WHAT IS INCLUDED - 11 resources, 231 pages, fillable PDFs (color + ink-saver + editable text
fields throughout)
Each of the eleven routines is its own complete file: a sequence strip that shows the steps in
order at a glance, the matching picture cards cut apart and used one at a time, a blank card page
for a step the visit needs that isn't already drawn, a data log, a roll-up/graph page, a filled-in
worked example, and a family hand-off page.
How The Eleven Fit Together
Each file covers one specific community visit or pull-out — where the routine starts, what it
covers, and where it hands off to a different file. None depicts a medical procedure, diagnosis,
or clinical guidance: every one is the visual sequence of the visit itself (check-in, wait, the
visit, going home), not a record of what happens during it. Buy the single visit a student needs
today, or the whole set for a caseload with several kinds of outings.
