About this resource

Ten fraction, decimal and percent comparison IEP goals — ordering decimals, ordering fractions, ordering mixed numbers, ordering fractions/decimals/percents together, comparing fractions/decimals/percents, comparing fractions with like denominators, naming fractions from shaded models, and adding, subtracting and solving word problems with unlike-denominator fractions and mixed numbers — each with six probe forms and a graph scaled to the probe.

Ten skills, one per file: four ordering probes (put 3-4 decimals, fractions, mixed numbers, or a mixed set of fractions/decimals/percents in order from smallest to largest), two comparison probes (write <, >, or = between two values, either same-type fractions or a mixed fraction/decimal/percent pair), one visual-model probe (count the shaded parts and write the fraction), and three unlike-denominator computation probes (add/subtract fractions, add/subtract mixed numbers, and solve word problems, all requiring a common denominator first). Every probe untimed, working at the multi-value comparison and unlike-denominator level.

What Every File Contains

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed: one copy per student per week, the student writes on the form, and that same sheet is the one you score. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing solves the problems or draws the graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition stays the same all year.

Who This Is For

Third through sixth grade special education teachers and case managers writing fraction and decimal comparison goals, intervention teachers, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
