About this resource

Eleven upper-grade IEP goals across fractions, decimals and money, each with six probe forms and a graph scaled to the probe.

Eleven skills, one per file: adding and subtracting fractions with like denominators, comparing fractions with unlike denominators, multiplying fractions, dividing fractions, converting mixed numbers and improper fractions, decimal place value, adding and subtracting decimals, multiplying and dividing decimals, comparing decimals to the hundredths, rounding decimals to the whole number and tenth, and adding and subtracting money amounts. Every probe untimed, against a shelf that is almost entirely minute drills.

WHAT IS IN THE BUNDLE - 11 fillable PDFs, 198 pages, 66 probe forms

What Every File Contains

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed: one copy per student per week, the student writes on the form, and that same sheet is the one you score. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates percents or draws the graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition stays the same all year.

Who This Is For

Second through fifth grade special education teachers and case managers writing fraction, decimal or money goals for any age student performing at these levels, intervention teachers, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
