About this resource

Six geometry and measurement IEP goals — classifying 2D shapes, 3D shape attributes,

classifying angles, measurement conversion (inches/feet/yards), metric length conversion

(cm/m/km), and volume of rectangular prisms — each with six probe forms and a graph scaled

to the probe.

Six skills, one per file, every file built the same way: a goal page, six probe forms, a

teacher answer key, a data log and graph, a caseload grid, a worked invented example, and a

family update. No skill appears in more than one file. Every probe untimed, scored as items

correct out of 10.

WHAT IS IN THE BUNDLE - 6 fillable PDFs, 108 pages, 36 probe forms

What Every File Contains

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in

fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed.

Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates the answers or draws the

graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in

the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the

student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition

stays the same all year.

Who This Is For

Second through sixth grade special education teachers and case managers writing geometry

and measurement goals, intervention and math resource teachers, and the paraprofessionals

who give the weekly probe.
