About this resource
Eight more grammar IEP goals — abstract and concrete nouns, relative pronouns and adverbs, parts of speech identification, adjective and adverb identification, subject and object pronouns, simple/compound/complex sentences, irregular past tense verbs, and sentence functions/end punctuation — each with six probe forms and a graph scaled to the probe.
Eight skills, one per file: abstract and concrete nouns (read the word, write concrete or abstract), relative pronouns and adverbs (read the sentence and write the one word that belongs in the blank: who, whom, whose, which, that, when, where, why), parts of speech identification (read the sentence and write noun, verb, or adjective for the bold word), adjective and adverb identification (write A or B for whether the bold word is an adjective or an adverb), subject and object pronouns (write A or B for the pronoun that belongs in the blank, each item badged subject or object), simple/compound/complex sentences (read each sentence and write simple, compound, or complex), irregular past tense verbs (find the wrong verb and write the correct past-tense word in the box), and sentence functions/end punctuation (read the sentence with its end mark removed and write the one mark — period, question mark, or exclamation point — that belongs). Every probe untimed, scored as items correct out of 10.

What Every File Contains
- A goal page: what the probe measures, a sample goal (invented, every bracket edited by your team), the goal frame as type-in fields, a baseline table for three probes and the median, benchmark rows, and administration and scoring directions
- A binder organizer: a print-and-slide binder cover and divider tabs, so the file drops straight into whatever data folder, binder or shared drive the team already uses
- The probe forms: ten items each, drawn the same way across six forms (A-F), so a change in the score is the student and not the form
- A teacher answer key: every answer for all six forms, generated by the same code that draws the items, and a Correct ___ / 10 box per form
- A data log and graph: rows for repeated probes, a y-axis already scaled to the probe, the aim line drawn first
What This Is, And What It Is Not
Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed: one copy per student per week, the student writes on the form, and that same sheet is the one you score. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates percents or draws the graph for you.
Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition stays the same all year.
Who This Is For
Elementary special education teachers and case managers writing grammar and sentence-structure goals, intervention teachers, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
