About this resource

Six grade 2-6 IEP goals for measurement conversion and elapsed time — unit conversion and time-to-minutes skills that sit next to this store's Geometry and Measurement Probes Bundle (shape classification plus customary/metric LENGTH conversion only) without repeating it — each with six probe forms and a graph scaled to the probe.

Six skills, one per file: metric mass and capacity conversion (g, kg, mL, L), temperature conversion (Fahrenheit and Celsius), time unit conversion (minutes, hours, days), weight and capacity conversion (customary and metric), and two elapsed-time formats (minutes to a written end time; start and end time to minutes). No skill here repeats a member of any other live bundle.

WHAT IS IN THE BUNDLE - 6 fillable PDFs, 108 pages, 36 probe forms

What Every File Contains

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed: one copy per student per week, the student writes on the form, and that same sheet is the one you score. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates percents or draws the graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition stays the same all year.

Who This Is For

Second through sixth grade special education teachers and case managers writing measurement or time-concept IEP goals, math interventionists, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
