About this resource

Six more number-sense IEP goals — number identification 0-20, missing numbers to 30, comparing numbers to 100, ordinal numbers 1st through 10th, ordering whole numbers, and numbers in word/standard/expanded form — each with its own goal page, probe forms, and a graph scaled to the probe. A second collection, built from the live number-sense singles that are not already in the first Number Sense Progress Monitoring Probes Bundle.

Six skills, one per file: number identification 0-20 (point to or write the numeral named, four forms), missing numbers to 30 (fill the blank in a run of three numbers, six forms), comparing numbers to 100 (write <, > or = between two numbers, six forms), ordinal numbers 1st-10th (identify or write the ordinal position, six forms), ordering whole numbers (put three or four numbers in order from least to greatest or greatest to least, six forms), and numbers in word, standard and expanded form (convert a number between the three forms, six forms). Every probe untimed, scored as items correct out of 10.

WHAT IS IN THE BUNDLE - 6 fillable PDFs, 94 pages, 34 probe forms

What Every File Contains

The three newer files (Ordinal Numbers, Ordering Whole Numbers, Numbers in Word Form) also carry a binder cover with spine label and divider tabs, a family update and team handoff page, and a two-page teacher answer key generated by the same code that draws the forms.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed: one copy per student per week, the student writes on the form, and that same sheet is the one you score. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates percents or draws the graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition stays the same all year.

Who This Is For

PreK through early elementary special education teachers and case managers writing number-sense goals, intervention teachers, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
