What's in the bundle (7)

About this resource

Seven upper-elementary and middle-school number-concept IEP goals — simplifying fractions,

divisibility rules, absolute value, comparing and ordering integers, prime and composite

numbers, fraction-decimal-percent conversion, and exponents and powers of ten — each with

six probe forms and a graph scaled to the probe.

Seven skills, one per file, the number-concept half of the upper-grade math shelf. This

store's separate Grades 3-5 Computation Probe Bundle covers basic operations (long

division, multiplication, rounding); the separate Pre-Algebra & Geometry Probes Bundle

covers equations, inequalities, measurement and stats — no skill appears in more than one

bundle. Every probe untimed, scored as items correct out of 10.

WHAT IS IN THE BUNDLE - 7 fillable PDFs, 126 pages, 42 probe forms

What Every File Contains

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages, the goal box on every probe form, and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates percents or draws the graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose and the goal pages say so, so the condition stays the same all year.

Who This Is For

Fourth through seventh grade special education teachers and case managers writing number-concept and fraction goals, intervention teachers, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
