About this resource
The five planner pages a special education case manager actually writes on, free and undated: a month calendar, the deadlines and meetings list it is copied from, a weekly plan, a daily plan two to a page, and a to-do sheet by category. You type nothing and nothing expires - print a month at a time, write the month name and the dates yourself, and use the same file next year.
WHAT IS INCLUDED - 9 pages, print and write
How The Pages Feed Each Other
A date lands on the deadlines list first, in date order. It is copied to the calendar square, then on Sunday onto the week, then the afternoon before onto the day. When a date moves it is crossed out and rewritten on the list, and it moves once instead of four times. Nothing here is a rule about when anything is due; the dates and the order are your district's and yours.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
It is a print PDF: print the pages you use, write in pen, print more when you run out. It is NOT fillable, and it is not a Google Sheets file, a slide deck or a word-processor file. It is undated on purpose, so it never goes out of date and you are never buying the same planner again in July.
Who This Is For
Special education teachers and case managers who carry a caseload and a calendar, resource and inclusion teachers, and anyone who has tried a planner that expired in June.
