About this resource

Five word-structure IEP goals, each with its own goal page, answer-carrying probe forms and a data log — the morphology cluster next to this store's Advanced Phonics Probe Bundle (sound patterns) without repeating it.

Five skills, one per file: two-syllable words, inflectional endings (-s, -ed, -ing), compound words, contractions, and prefixes and suffixes. Each is a word-reading accuracy probe: the student reads a list of words aloud from a bank built for that skill, and the score is words read correctly out of 10.

What Every File Contains

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Fillable PDFs. Goal pages and data logs are type-in fields: click, type, Save As once per student. The probe forms are meant to be printed and read aloud by the student while an adult marks accuracy; that same sheet is the one you score. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing calculates percents or draws the graph for you.

Not a norm-referenced assessment. No benchmark scores, no "typical" rates; the criteria in the sample goals are in brackets because your team sets them from the baseline and the student's IEP. Every probe is untimed on purpose.

Contractions has five equivalent forms (not six, like the other four) because its word bank is smaller — every form still carries ten different items and no item repeats within a form.

Who This Is For

Special education teachers, reading interventionists and case managers writing word-structure/morphology reading goals, and the paraprofessionals who give the weekly probe.
