About this resource

Looking for a 100 chart blank your kindergarten, first and second graders can really write on? This set has 19 student sheets built around the 100 chart: a blank chart to fill in, a numbered chart to look at, a tracing chart, little 10, 20 and 50 charts, a blank 120 chart, charts with numbers missing, count-by pages, and cover-up puzzles where the question is "what number is under the square?" Every page has a big "My name" line, one short instruction with a small picture, big squares and room to write. Print and go: students write with a pencil, or type into the boxes on screen.

EVERYTHING INSIDE (33 pages)

Three Levels

A small shape in the top corner of 14 student sheets tells you the level: a circle (4 sheets) is starting; a square (5 sheets) is building; a triangle (5 sheets) is ready for more. The three blank charts, the numbered chart and the words page carry no level shape.

How It Works

1. Pick a section: blank and numbered charts, fill-in charts, or count-by, cover-up and mystery pages.

2. Print a page and hand it over. One short instruction, one job. Students write in the squares or color the numbers.

3. Check with the key, write the date and score on the tracker, and color the roll-up column.

Want a chart you can use again and again? Slide the printed page into a sheet protector and use a dry-erase marker.

Built For The Child Holding The Page

A big "My name" line, big print, squares big enough for small hands, and room to write. Nothing on a student page is written for an adult; the keys, tracker and notes are on separate teacher pages. All numbers on the practice sheets are made up for the practice. Every chart is drawn by code and read back out of the drawing: the printed numbers and the write-in squares are checked against the data each page was made from, every riddle is worked out two ways, and every answer in the key comes from the same numbers as its page.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

Who This Is For

Kindergarten, first and second grade teachers, special education teachers, interventionists and families who want a blank 100 chart plus practice that goes further: filling in, counting by 10s, 5s and 2s, and finding the number under the square.
