About this resource

EVERYTHING INSIDE — 19 pages, 120 type-in fields

A clothing-vocabulary binder built for two skills at once: naming/requesting (I want, I am wearing) and sorting (shoe or accessory), each with its own tracker row. Most matching binders stop at the board; this one adds the tracker, the family update and the phrase bank behind it, so a unit's worth of naming and sorting turns into a week of counts a case manager can bring to a meeting.

The Boards

The Words

Every picture was chosen to be named in one word by a young child, in color AND in the black-and-white set; a word that failed in either set was left out of both (candidates tried and dropped for this reason: a wide-brimmed hat picture whose ink-saver line art reads as a cloud or a scribble rather than a hat, and a scarf picture already known from the October sibling to read as a coiled rope in ink-saver — see the module docstring for the full list, including three legible words dropped for scope rather than a picture problem). At 11 total words the bank is honestly smaller than this collection's Food binder (26 words) or October binder (18 words): a store-verified, child-legible clothing bank is genuinely short in both Unicode sets, and it ships at that size rather than padded with a dropped word under a different label. (An eleventh word, swimsuit, was added Sep 27 2026 so the tops-and-bottoms cut-apart group has the 5-piece minimum docs/ops/student-page-standard.md now requires; verified in both art sets the same way as the rest of the bank.)

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF: type into the tracker, the organizer, the home page and the family update, or print and use a pen. The board pages print on cardstock or plain paper; the card band cuts off the bottom and the board stays whole. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT an editable online slideshow or word-processor document, and it is not a test of anything.

It carries no prompt hierarchy, fading schedule or mastery rule, and it does not decide what a count means for a student or when a board is done with. The tracker counts which boards were done and what help was given, and nothing else.

Who This Is For

Special education teachers and paraprofessionals running functional-vocabulary or naming practice with early, pre-reading or low-verbal students, case managers who need that practice to show up as data, and the families who get the home page.

More In The Collection

This is the fourth binder in the Morning Work & Adapted Books Collection; more matching binders (community signs, personal information and safety) are being added to the collection regularly, all on the same boards-plus-tracker shape.
