About this resource

Looking for percent proportion worksheets where every problem comes with its set-up frame? This set has 16 student sheets built on one idea: part / whole = percent / 100. Each of the 64 problems has the frame printed right under it, with a box for the part (blue), a box for the whole (green) and a box for the percent (orange), so a student writes the numbers they know, puts n where a number is missing, then cross multiplies and divides. Every page has a big "My name" line, one short instruction, big numbers, room to show work and a big answer box. Print and go, or type into the PDF.

EVERYTHING INSIDE (33 pages)

Three Levels

A small shape in the top corner of each student sheet tells you the level: a circle (5 sheets) is starting, with percents like 10, 25 and 50 and friendly whole numbers; a square (6 sheets) is building, with any whole percent and whole-number answers; a triangle (4 sheets) is ready for more, with decimals, dollar amounts and percents over 100. Every answer comes out exactly, with no rounding.

How It Works

1. Pick a section: set-up pages, missing part, missing whole, missing percent, or mixed practice.

2. Print a page and hand it over. One short instruction, one job.

3. Check with the key, write the date and score on the tracker, and color the roll-up bar.

Built For The Student Holding The Page

A big "My name" line, big print, a border and room to write. Nothing on a student page is written for an adult; the keys, tracker and notes are on separate teacher pages. All names and numbers in the word problems are invented, and money is written in dollars. In black and white the three frame boxes keep their labels, so a photocopied page still shows which box is the part, the whole and the percent.

What This Is, And What It Is Not
