About this resource

Four seasons of cut-and-paste math, built so the format never changes and the student never has to relearn the page.

Every pack has the same ten skills at three levels. In September a student learns how a counting page works; in January they already know, and all they meet is a new picture and a new number. That is the whole point of buying the set instead of four unrelated seasonal packs.

How The Three Levels Work

Level 1 - two or three problems, every set drawn, and exactly as many answer pieces as there are blanks. No student can pick a wrong one.

Level 2 - four problems, sets still drawn, and one spare piece on the strip that belongs to nothing.

Level 3 - six problems, numerals only, nothing drawn.

Print one skill at three levels and the whole room works the same page at the same time.

All-New Problems Each Season

The packs share a format, not an answer key. Every number pair, set and comparison is different across the four - they were checked against each other so a student who did the fall page does not simply remember the answers in December.

Winter, Not Christmas

The winter pack uses mittens, snowflakes, snowmen, hot cocoa, penguins, polar bears, sleds and igloos. No tree, no religious or holiday imagery, so it clears district restrictions and stays useful from December through February.

Format

Print-and-go PDF. No prep, no materials beyond scissors and glue. Prints clean in grayscale. Three pages of answer keys in every pack.
