- How would you feel? glue a feeling and a zone for each scene (pages 8-11) - glue a feeling kid and a zone square for a one-line seasonal scene

- My Feelings Book (pages 24-27, plus the picture-piece sheet on page 28) - a little cut-and-staple booklet: print the 2 sheets double-sided, cut, stack and staple
- An answer key (page 51) with the pack's own feeling-to-zone pairings
- Ink-saver, black-and-white copies of every page above except the booklet sheets (pages 29-50)
How To Use It
Print in color, or use the ink-saver pages on a photocopier. Cut apart any page marked with scissors; everywhere else, just glue. Read the one short direction on each page aloud and point to the picture.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
It is a set of printable cut-and-paste worksheets for practicing feeling words and the four color zones, illustrated with licensed clip art. It is NOT a digital or drag-and-drop activity, and not a Google Slides or PowerPoint file. It does not score behavior or claim to change it, and it has no calm-down strategies, diagnostic claims or therapy guidance. The four colors are a simple, common way to talk about feelings; if your school already uses a feelings or self-regulation program, use its own words -- the Start Here page has a blank line for them. This resource is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Zones of Regulation®, its author or its publisher, or any other social-emotional learning program. Clip art by Whimsy Clips.
