About this resource

Editable IEP progress monitoring starts with the goal on the page. Type the goal once, then take the data on a grid that has the goal box at the top, dated rows and trial columns, put the percents on a graph, and roll them up by quarter. Type into it, or print it and write by hand.

EVERYTHING INSIDE — 22 pages

Most progress monitoring sheets give you one trial grid and a graph. This one is built goal by goal, from the goal box to the quarter summary, and shows a whole invented student worked through so you can see how the pages fit together.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF: type your goals, marks and numbers into it, or print it and write by hand. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Slides, PowerPoint or Google Sheets file, and it does not add up your numbers, copy them from one page to the next or draw the graph line for you. You cannot drag the boxes around or restyle the pages. On the graph pages you type the date and percent under each check and plot the dot with a pencil.

There is no goal bank in it, no mastery number, no reporting timeline and no rule about what a percent means. Goal wording, prompt keys, quarter dates and next steps are blank for your IEP team and your school. No health information is filled in. The example student, her goals and her numbers are invented and say so on the page. The cutting is the 6 binder tabs, in one block with straight cuts.

Who This Is For

Special education teachers, case managers, resource teachers, related-service providers and paraprofessionals who keep the data behind IEP goals and need it goal by goal, from the first check to the meeting.
