A fluency trackers file for the whole loop, not only the log. You write the number, the child draws it, and the team gets a snapshot. Reading and math use the same routine, so one binder does both.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
It is a fillable PDF: type into the logs, class pages, snapshot and note, or print and use a pen. It works offline with no account or subscription. The student graphs are drawn to print and color. It is NOT a Google Slides, Google Docs or PowerPoint file, it does not add up the log or draw the graph for you, and you cannot drag the boxes around or restyle the pages.
It is the working paper for tracking timed tries. It does not set a grade-level target, a benchmark, how long a try lasts, or what counts as a mistake. Those are your team's decisions and each gets a blank line. The averages are arithmetic on your own numbers, not a score or a label. No health information is filled in. The example students are invented and say so on the page.

Who This Is For
Kindergarten through 5th grade classroom teachers, special education case managers, interventionists and paraprofessionals who log timed reading or math tries, and the families who get the home page and the note.
