About this resource
Once children know the Fry first hundred, these 100 next sight words need the same careful practice with room to work.
- **Say It, Trace It, Write It** (1 page): the routine on one helper word
- **Rainbow Write** (12 pages): the word solid, three times faded to trace in red/blue/green, and a writing box on primary lines; 8 or 9 words per page
- **Find and Color** (6 pages): a Word Box and a 5 × 6 grid shuffled for visual tracking; one page every two sets
- **Missing Letter** (6 pages): one letter out of each word from a Word Box; 98 items, one per word of three or more letters (the 2 shortest words, "me" and "us", have no honest single-letter blank and are skipped)
- **Build a Sentence (Cut and Glue)** (5 pages): ten word pieces to cut and glue in order, two sentences per page in a strip
- **Read and Draw** (4 pages): a sentence to read three times, and a big box to draw what it says
- **Answer Keys** (2 pages): every missing letter blank, with grids and cut orders for sentence building
- **Tracker** (1 page): mark page by page which words each child practiced with no help
- **Class Grid** (1 page): roll up each child's count across all page types at a glance
- **Team Note** (1 page): handoff pages for progress notes between meetings, with observable starters
- **Home Page** (1 page): for the family to practice at home, with a filled-in line for reference
- **Filled Example** (1 page): an invented student's tracker with notes, filled in
- **Phrase Bank** (1 page): starters for notes, check-ins, and the next step
- **Binder Organizer** (2 pages): cover and six divider tabs to organize by page type, with the Fry spine label
This is a PDF with **Acr oForm type-in fields** on tracker pages, progress notes, and family pages — type, save and print clean. It is NOT a slideshow, a Google Slides file, or a Word document.
This is a **fillable print-and-use product**, not a lesson sequence. Every teacher's classroom is different; use any page type first, in any order, mixed with the other word lists you teach.
Teachers of children in grades 1–2 who have already mastered the Fry first hundred and are moving to the second hundred.
Teachers who want **filling-in material that matches a published sight-word sequence** (Fry, Dolch, high-frequency lists) without the prep of creating practice pages.
Teachers who need **three practice formats on every word** so children see the same words at different levels (say, trace, find, build, read) instead of one worksheet over and over.
Special education teachers who need **room to work and room to write on every page**, not a worksheet that fills the page with items.
