Scores in one place, missing papers in a notebook, family notes on sticky notes. This is one fillable file for all of it, for general education and special education teachers, grades 3 to 12.

What This Is, And What It Is Not
It is a fillable PDF: type into the boxes, or print and use a pen. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Slides, Google Docs or PowerPoint file, and you cannot drag the boxes around or restyle the pages. It is also not a spreadsheet: it does not add up grades for you. The calculator page shows each step so you can work it out with the numbers you type.
It is a working paper. Weights, grading scales, and late or missing-work rules are your school's or your own, so each gets a blank line. The example students, scores and weights are invented and say so on the page.
Who This Is For
Teachers in grades 3 to 12 who keep their own records: classroom teachers, special education teachers and case managers, co-teachers and paraprofessionals who need a shared page.
