About this resource

A category is not an accommodation. "Extended time" tells nobody what to do. "Full period, then finish at the back table after lunch the same day" does.

This is the whole accommodations menu, by category, as a fillable PDF - with a line beside every item for what the accommodation actually looks like in this room, for this student. Tick what the data supports, fill the line, and copy it to the per-student sheet, the testing page and the general education handout. Then, in the spring, use the review sheet to find out which ones nobody is using.

WHAT IS INCLUDED - 17 pages, fillable

The Menu

Every menu item has a tick box and a line for what it looks like in your room.

The Student Pages

The Review And The Caseload

Plus the per-student sheet FILLED IN for an invented student, so you can see the difference between a category and an accommodation.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF reader, click a tick box and type an X, click a line and type. Press Tab to move on and Save As once per student. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Slides deck, a Google Doc, or a PowerPoint file. Prefer paper? Print it blank and handwrite it.

Who This Is For

Case managers, special education teachers, intervention specialists, 504 coordinators, and anybody who writes the accommodations section and would like every line on it to be something an adult can actually do.
