About this resource

The progress report is due Friday and the data is on six different sheets. This is the report pack: five report layouts, the schedule, the data table and graph the report is written from, sixteen narrative frames with a blank for every number and date, a cover sheet with a delivery log, a teacher input request, and a filled-in example whose status was read off the graph instead of chosen. Type it once, Save As per student per period, print or send.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF reader, click a line, a box or a cell, type, press Tab to move on, and Save As once per student per reporting period. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Doc, a Google Sheets file, a slide deck or a word-processor file, and it does not calculate or draw the graph.

It is not your district's progress report form and it does not say how often progress must be reported; the schedule on each student's IEP decides that, and there is a line on page 5 for your district's rule and codes. The status codes are working codes for the paper; the district's own go beside them. The frames say what the number did, not why.

Who This Is For

Special education teachers and case managers who write quarterly or trimester progress reports, related-service providers who add their section, and anyone who has ever typed "making good progress" and known it was not a sentence the meeting could use.
