About this resource

Every minute on the IEP, and where it went. A fillable PDF for the case manager or related-service provider who has to show that the services on the IEP were delivered: what was owed, what was delivered, what was missed and why, what was made up, and what is still owed, by week, by month and by quarter.

WHAT IS INCLUDED - 16 pages, 1,189 type-in fields

How It Fits With The Rest Of The Store

The IEP At A Glance Editable carries one caseload minutes page and the Special Education Case Manager Binder carries one weekly service log. This file is the whole loop on its own: the daily and weekly logs, the file copy, the make-ups, the monthly and quarterly totals, and the sign-off. Use it beside either one, or alone.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF reader, click a line, a box or a table cell, type, press Tab to move on, and Save As once per month. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Sheets file, a Google Doc or an Excel workbook, and it does not add the minutes for you. Prefer paper? Print it blank.

It is not your district's compliance form and it states no rule: nothing here says which missed sessions must be made up, by when, or what counts as a delivered minute. Your district decides that, and page 3 has a box to write it in once. These pages are the working paper that makes the district's form a copying job.

Who This Is For

Special education case managers, resource and self-contained teachers, and the speech, OT and PT providers who log service minutes on a caseload and have to answer "were the minutes delivered?" with a number.
