About this resource
A sticker on a piece of paper is one of the quickest ways a child sees their own work add up. This is the paper: incentive charts in five shapes that children fill in themselves, reward menus with blank lines for your own rewards, a class chart, a class goal tower and a goal page for each child.
EVERYTHING INSIDE — 21 pages
- My Path to a Prize: 20 numbered steps for stickers and a box to write the prize
- My Star Ladder: 10 steps up to the top, with a box to draw the prize
- My Ten-Box Chart: two charts of 10 boxes, box 10 is the prize
- My Week Chart: 4 goal lines by Monday to Friday, 20 boxes in all
- Stamp Cards to Cut: 6 cards in one block, each with 8 circles, two cuts across and one down
- My Reward Menu: three tiers (small, medium, big) with 2 reward lines each and a box to draw each one
- Reward Choice Cards to Cut: 8 cards in one block, with a box to draw the reward
- Class Reward Menu: 14 rows for your own rewards and what each costs in stars
- Class Incentive Chart: 20 student rows by 10 boxes, with a Total column
- Our Class Goal Tower: 20 blocks to color, with lines for the goal and the prize
- My Goal Page: the child writes and draws the goal, then circles a face
- How Did I Do?: 5 days with faces to circle and a line for stickers
- A note home with blanks in your own words
- A phrase bank of 32 starters in 8 groups
- A filled example: five invented children on a class chart, one invented ten-box chart and three invented rewards, every total re-added from its own row
- A binder cover, a spine label and 8 cut-apart tabs
- Start Here, a contents page with page thumbnails, and a "what's next" back page
Most incentive charts are one grid. This one gives children a path, a ladder, a ten-box chart, a week chart and stamp cards to choose from, plus the reward menu, the class chart and the goal page around them.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
It is a fillable PDF: type into the lines, the class chart and the note, or print and use a pen. The boxes and circles on the children's pages are empty for stickers, stamps or crayons. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Slides, Google Docs or PowerPoint file, and it does not add up the chart for you. You cannot drag the boxes around or restyle the pages.
It is the working paper for a classroom reward routine. It does not say who earns a sticker, what a reward costs or what happens when a chart is not full. That is your classroom's rule, and it gets a blank line. No health information is filled in. The example children are invented and say so on the page. The cutting is the 6 stamp cards, the 8 reward cards and the 8 binder tabs, each in one block with straight cuts.

Who This Is For
Kindergarten through 5th grade classroom teachers, special education teachers and paraprofessionals who give out stickers or stamps, and the children who fill the charts in.
