Printable Must Do May Do board for PreK-5. Hang the board, put the jobs that come first in the MUST DO slots and the choices in the MAY DO slots, and every student can see what to do and what comes next. Cut task cards with pictures, a student checklist, a week plan and a tracker to color, plus a teacher log and roll-up.

EVERYTHING INSIDE — 30 pages

• A Must Do May Do board: two columns, MUST DO and MAY DO, with 3 card-sized slots in each (color page and black-and-white ink-saver page)
• 16 task cards to cut, 8 to a page, 2 across and 4 down, cut on the dotted lines. Each has a picture and a short line the student reads: read, write, math, clean up, partner, quiet choice, draw, puzzle, computer, journal, listen, game, build, science, word work and shapes

The Student Pages

Every student page has a "My name" line, one short instruction with a picture, big pictures and big rounded words, and room to check, circle, color, draw or write. The class in the filled example is invented.

The Task Cards

Sixteen cards, each a job with a picture. A card has no fixed column: you decide each day which jobs go under MUST DO and which under MAY DO, so the same card can be a must do today and a may do tomorrow. Blank cards hold any job that is not printed here, and your classroom's own rules come first.

It is a fillable PDF: type into the name lines, the log, the roll-up, the family page, the hand-off page and the blank cards, or print and use a pen. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT Google Slides, PowerPoint or any editable online slideshow or word-processor document.
