About this resource

The Paraprofessional Schedule and Zone Plan is the PLAN for the day. This is what shows the assigned minutes actually happened: a caseload roster of planned minutes, a quick daily assignment card, a detailed session-by-session log, a weekly tally of planned versus actual minutes for the whole caseload, a month-end summary of who came up short, and a compliance page that turns the numbers into a percentage the TEAM reviews together — never a pass/fail judgment the file makes on its own.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF reader, click a line, a box or a cell, type, press Tab to move on, and Save As once per para or per month. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Sheets file, a Google Doc or an Excel workbook, and it does not add the minutes or calculate a percent for you.

It is not the district's compliance form, not a certification or evaluation record, and not a statement of any rule about which shortfalls must be made up, by when, or what a percentage means. Every one of those is a blank line filled in from the team's own policy; the compliance page explicitly says the number it produces is not a pass/fail judgment the file makes.

Who This Is For

Paraprofessionals who need one place to log what was actually delivered, and the case managers or supervising teachers who need a month-end and a compliance number to bring to a team meeting, without building any of it from scratch.
