About this resource

Type each child's name on the card, print, cut and punch. These behavior punch cards come on sheets of 8 to 12, edge to edge, so a whole sheet is a few straight cuts, and every card has a name line you fill in before you print.

EVERYTHING INSIDE — 20 pages

How To Use

1. Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or Preview and type a name on each card.

2. Print at 100 percent and cut along the dashed lines.

3. Punch, stamp or sticker a circle. A full card is traded for a reward from your menu.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF: type into the name lines, the reward lines, the tracker and the note, or print and use a pen. The circles on the cards are empty for a hole punch, a stamp, a sticker or a crayon. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Slides, Google Docs or PowerPoint file, and it does not count the cards for you. You cannot drag the circles around or restyle the pages.

It is the working paper for a classroom reward routine. It does not say who earns a punch, what a full card is worth or what happens when a card is not full. That is your classroom's rule, and it gets a blank line. No health information is filled in. The example children are invented and say so on the page. The cutting is the 44 punch cards, the 8 reward cards and the 8 binder tabs, each sheet in edge-to-edge blocks with straight cuts.
