What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF reader, click a line, a box or a cell, type, press Tab to move on, and Save As per sign-up sheet. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Sheets file, a Google Doc, or an Excel workbook, and it does not post itself, text a reminder, or decide how a waitlist is ordered.

It is not a scheduling app and not a district form. Nothing in it states how far in advance a sign-up sheet must be posted, how a waitlist must be ordered, or how many notices a family must receive; your district's own policy gets a blank line to write it on.
