About this resource

A gradebook that is not a spreadsheet: a weekly grading grid for assignments, a standards-based tracking grid for skills, a small-group or intervention version for a resource room, and a term roll-up that turns weeks of data into one number per student. Type the roster and the codes once, record each week, and the roll-up and the family note are addition, not new scoring.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF. Open it in a PDF reader, click a line, a box, or a cell, type, press Tab to move on, and Save As once per class, group, or term. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Sheets file, a Google Doc, or an Excel workbook, and it does not total, average, or convert a score for you - you add the numbers by hand, and the page shows the addition so it can be checked.

It is not a grading-scale authority and it does not define what counts as mastered, proficient, passing, or eligible for any designation. The mastery codes are a record of where a student stands, in your team's own words; what a code or a score converts to under your school's or district's policy gets a blank line, never a number from us.

Who This Is For

General education and special education teachers who want one fillable place for weekly grades, case managers and resource-room or intervention providers tracking standards-based progress for a small group, and paraprofessionals or co-teachers who need the same gradebook used the same way across a classroom or a caseload.
