A homework pass file for the whole routine, not just a coupon. Most homework pass downloads stop at a few cards. This one also gives you coupons to make your own, the log of what was given and handed in, a tracker, a page for a sub, the page that teaches children how it works, and a way to tell families.

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF: type into the passes, log, tracker and note, or print and use a pen. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is NOT a Google Slides, Google Docs or PowerPoint file, and you cannot drag the boxes around or restyle the pages.

It is the working paper for a classroom pass routine. It does not say what earns a pass, when one may be used, or how many a child may hold. That is your classroom's and your school's rule, and it gets a blank line. The tracker counts passes; it does not score a child. No health information is filled in. The example students are invented and say so on the page.
