About this resource
Four math anchor chart sets, one download. Each set is a complete kit for one topic: wall posters you can print and hang, notebook-size charts for students, practice pages with answer keys, and the record-keeping around them. I put the four together so a grade 3-5 classroom can cover factors and multiples, multiplication strategies, prime and composite numbers, and rounding with the same look and the same routines.
WHAT IS IN THE BUNDLE - 4 PDFs, 165 pages
- Factors and Multiples Anchor Chart (grades 3-5) - 49 pages: 15 wall posters (factor pairs, multiples of 2 to 12, prime, composite and divisible), notebook cards, skip counting, factor pairs, factor or multiple, prime or composite, find all the factors, word problems and two sort pages with cards.
- Multiplication Anchor Chart (grades 3-4) - 34 pages: 4 strategy posters (equal groups, jumps, arrays and area, break it apart), notebook charts, equal groups, arrays, skip counting, same total, break it apart, tens and ones and a draw-it page.
- Prime and Composite Anchor Chart (grades 3-5) - 39 pages: 5 word posters (multiple, factor, prime, composite, the number 1), a prime, composite or neither chart, a factor table from 1 to 30, three 1-100 chart pages, notebook pieces, prime or composite, factor finder, prove it, who am I and a sorting mat.
- Rounding Anchor Chart (grades 3-4) - 43 pages: 7 wall posters (how to round, number lines for the nearest 10, 100 and 1,000, the tricky ones, a rounding chart, places and neighbors), rule and example cards, rounding to 10, 100 and 1,000, which digit decides, round it three ways, round up or down, word problems and two sort pages.
In Every Set
- A Start Here page, a how-to-read-a-page sheet and a contents page
- Answer keys for the scored pages, so a paraprofessional or a student can check the work
- A tracker, a class grid, a family note and a filled-in example with an invented student (it says so on the page)
- A phrase bank for math talk
- A binder cover and divider tabs, cut edge to edge
- Student pages with a "My name" line, one short instruction and room to write
Built For The Student Holding The Page
Posters are big, plain and readable from across the room. Student pages use drawn groups, arrays and number lines, short kid-worded directions and answer boxes you can type into or write in. Nothing on a student page is written for an adult: the keys and records are on separate teacher pages. Every set prints clean in black and white.
Who Is It For
Teachers of grades 3-5, special education and resource room teachers, interventionists, co-teachers, tutors and homeschool families who want ready-to-use math anchor charts and practice in one place.
Type In, Or Print
Each of the 4 files is a fillable PDF: click a box, type, then save one copy per student. You can also print any page and write by hand. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is not Google Slides, not Google Docs and not PowerPoint. Printing supplies are not included.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
A set of math anchor charts and practice pages with the record-keeping around them. It is not a timed test, a screener or a clinical tool, and it makes no claim about any student's age or rate of progress. There is no IEP goal language or eligibility wording in the files. No claim of alignment to any one state's standards; check the wording against your own curriculum.
