A paraprofessional's day runs on more paper than any one sheet can hold: which cues work for which student, where you are supposed to be and when, a count to keep on one target skill, and a note back to the teacher at the end of the day. Handed a different sheet for each of those, the sheets stop traveling together.

It is not a full goal-by-goal data system and not a schedule for coordinating several paraprofessionals across a room — this binder is one paraprofessional's own working copy. It does not decide what a student needs, what may be delegated, or what a district's supervision policy requires — every one of those is a blank line for the building's own answer.

Paraprofessionals, instructional assistants, and 1:1 aides supporting students in a general-education inclusion classroom or a self-contained room; substitute or newly hired paraprofessionals stepping into an existing caseload; and the supervising teacher or case manager who receives the weekly roll-up.
