About this resource

Fall, Winter, and Spring DIBELS benchmark scores, by measure, with a plain visual band you mark by hand to show where each score fell. This is a blank score tracker, not a probe pack: there is no DIBELS passage, word list, or scoring/cut-point table anywhere in this file, and it does not administer, score, or grade anything.

WHAT IS INCLUDED - 18 pages, a measures-and-period guide, five tracking sheet formats, a benchmark band visual tracker, a caseload roster, a year-at-a-glance summary, a family update, and a phrase bank

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF: open it in a PDF reader, click a line or a cell, type, and Save As once per student or group. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is not a Google Sheets file, a Google Doc, or an Excel workbook, it does not connect to a DIBELS data system, and it does not calculate, convert, or set any score, cut point, or benchmark for you.

It is NOT DIBELS itself, and it does not administer, score, or reproduce any DIBELS passage, word list, or scoring/cut-point table. It is a standalone tracking document for use alongside DIBELS. Every score field and every band mark is blank for you to fill in from a DIBELS report you already have in hand.

This resource is for use alongside DIBELS to record a student's own benchmark scores after the assessment is given elsewhere. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Oregon. DIBELS (Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills) is an assessment developed at the University of Oregon.

Who This Is For

Special education teachers, reading interventionists, case managers, general education teachers giving DIBELS in their classroom, and the paraprofessionals who help track scores between benchmark windows.
