About this resource

A UFLI assessment sheet you fill in yourself: a blank recording form for the lesson checks you already give with UFLI Foundations. Write down the lesson range, the items right out of items given, a mark, and a note, one student at a time, one item at a time, or one small group per page. This is a recording form, not a lesson plan: there is no UFLI lesson name, word list, passage or script anywhere in this file, and it does not give, score or grade anything.

WHAT IS INCLUDED - 18 pages: setup, six recording sheets, two summaries, a family update, a phrase bank, a filled example, and a binder cover with tabs

What This Is, And What It Is Not

It is a fillable PDF: open it in a PDF reader, click a line or a cell, type, and Save As once per student or group. It also prints cleanly in black and white. It works offline with no account or subscription. It is not a Google Sheets file, a Google Doc, or an Excel workbook, and it does not connect to any UFLI system.

It is NOT UFLI Foundations and does not reproduce any UFLI lesson, word list, passage or script. It does not give, score or grade a check or set a pass line: every lesson range, item, mark and rule is blank for you and your team. Example students are invented.

Not affiliated with or endorsed by UFLI. This resource is for use alongside UFLI Foundations to record your own lesson-check results. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Florida Literacy Institute. "UFLI" and "UFLI Foundations" are associated with the University of Florida Literacy Institute.

Who This Is For
