How The Seven Fit Together
Plan it, staff it, run it, log it, ask the teacher. The co-teaching pack is how two teachers agree on a
lesson before it starts. The schedule and zone plan is where every para stands and when. The daily data
sheets are what the para actually fills out during the day. The training checklist is how a new para
gets there in the first place — what they are shown, what they sign off on, and what the supervising
teacher keeps. The classroom schedule ties every adult's time to a room and a block, the service log is
the paper trail that the minutes on the IEP actually happened, and the teacher input form is how the
general education teacher's own observations get into the meeting instead of getting lost.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
Fillable PDFs: click a line or a cell, type, and Save As once per student, team or month. Print what
the para or the substitute carries. Works offline with no account or subscription; nothing schedules or
calculates for you.
No legal or clinical language anywhere, and no claim about what any district may or may not delegate to
a paraprofessional — every supervision and delegation question resolves to a blank line for your own
district's policy, not an assertion this pack makes for you.
Who This Is For
Special education teachers who co-teach or supervise paraprofessionals, case managers tracking service
minutes, general education teachers asked for input, and the paraprofessionals and substitutes who
carry these pages through the day.
